Pulmonic stenosis, cafe-au-lait spots is a rare disease also known as the Watson syndrome. It is characterized by reduced intelligence, short stature, and cafe-au-lait spots in the skin. Pulmonary valves also become narrowed. The disease is caused by problematic mutations in the NF1 gene.
