Very low blood platelet level ? Declined level of gamma globulin in blood ? Repeated infections ? Enlarged liver ? Enlarged spleen ? Lack of all the different types of blood cells (pancytopenia) due to hemophagocytic syndrome ? Neurological regression ? Fever ? Jaundice ? Loss of skills that are formerly gained ? Seizures ?
